WIC
WIC (Women, Infants, Children) is a supplementation nutrition food program to help families get access to healthy food options. WIC is income based and is for women prenatal to 6 months postpartum (or up to 1 year if breastfeeding) and/or for children 0-5 years old.

Vaccines for Children
We provide vaccines to children 18 and under that have Medicaid or that are uninsured.

STD Testing
At our clinic Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia can be tested with a urine test. Hepatitis C and HIV testing is a blood test.

Syringe Exchange Program
Open during all business hours, our confidential and judgment free needle exchange program helps keep needles off the streets of our community, helps reduce infections and diseases, and allows participants access to testing and treatment referrals.

Pregnancy Testing
Testing is done by appointment only. Only urine testing is available.

Adult Tdap Vaccines
$15 cash only. Recommended for adults who have not had this vaccine in 10 years, people who are/will be around babies, and people that have a cut or puncture and have not been vaccinated against Tetanus in the last 5 years.

TB Assessments or Skin Testing
Self-Pay: $20 for skin test, $10 for assessments. Cash only or Medicaid accepted.

Helps meet health insurance requirement of Living Well Promise

Free Sharp Box Containers & Disposal
Free boxes and/or disposal for any resident

Lactation Consulting
Get assistance and support with breastfeeding

Free Flu vaccines for Uninsured People
Call and ask about availability. If you have insurance, please call your local pharmacy.

Paternity Affidavits
This service is not for paternity testing. This service is free of charge and allows the father’s name to appear on the child’s birth certificate. Please bring a current government ID to your appointment for this service.
